રાણ છનું નામ લખે છે, ત્યાં તો બધાંથી તેલીની ખરીદી માટે. તાદાયો તાવડો ચડાવ હોય. જીરા પુરી, ચકરી, બંધવાળી પુરી, સક્કરપા એ પાછા ય ખારા ને બે-બેવેરાય, ચેવડો, ચવાણું, તીખા ગાંઠિયા, સેવ આટલું તો હોય જ. સાથે સાથે તો જો બા-બાબા હોય તો મીઠી પુરી ને પાળીએ પણ. તેમને સાંકળીને સહેલા. આટલા ઉપર મોહનથાળ સારવાર લટકાનો. તાવડો અને બદલો બદલો ૨ દિવસ ઘસી ઘસીને સાફ કરી પહેલા હોય. તેલેના ડબ્બા, ચણાનો લોટ, હુંદાનો લોટ, ઘી, ગોલ, સૉડ વગેરે ઓસરને ખાતરીમાં ગોઠવણ કરવી જોઈએ. તીખા ગાંઠિયા અને પૂછો સંચો તો કોઈક જ હોય એટલે કે એડવાન્સ બુકિંગ થઈ શકે. જેમની
