The narrator finds themselves at school, distracted and waiting for someone special who is absent due to illness. When the person returns, there's a moment of intense connection between them. However, during a school event, the narrator feels jealousy as this person dances with another girl. Unable to cope, they leave the dance and take on a new challenge of anchoring the event instead. To their surprise, they receive positive reactions from the audience. The next day, the person they like approaches them, and they share a meaningful look, which fills the narrator with happiness. However, uncertain about the other person's feelings, the narrator chooses to smile and walk away, wanting clarity before proceeding with their emotions.
