Looks awkward but still I think its most important in life to talk to thyself atleast 15 min a day, talking I doesn't mean speaking loudly in a public or a house simply I mean "review your day "
As you all know life is uncertain, atleast makr sure you don't have regret while you are taking a last breath as I did this wrong to that and all [ You know this stuff id different for all you know your shoes of life very well]
Sit for a while alone , think about what did you achieved till now , in all aspects economically all will think first , position wise also it will be like I can't be a .....and want to be ....[ yes that regret will stay if time has passed some thing you cannot do after a time has passed , yes there can be exceptio al but for all its not possible]
So think about what you achieved a happiness, or a sad face of others while you arrive in front of them
To whom did you hurt why, where you right or wrong , to whom did you cheat etc inshort be true to yourself and make sure when you are alone , you are happy not angry , annoyed , etc thinking what will happen of my this lie and that lie and about regrets of past that I would be happy if that event doesn't happen and all
So basically I m talking about a self talk
Self talk is most important in life once you say yourself in morning that
I m happy
I m ready to take opportunities
I m ready to start a day
That will give you a positivity in life and a self confidence to grow in life
Make sure to do 2 things
1)
At night before you go to sleep analyze a day
A. Was my day good
B. Did i made anyone cry
If yes was it right or it was my fault
C. Did I reacted badly on others due to other people treated me same and i was angry
D .What good thing i did today

In morning plan a day so that nothing got haphazard and due to which you may get angry and hurt others
At first it feels like time consuming but it can be done just when you are trying to sleep , or just ready to get wake up and lying on the bed
You know i read somewhere that all the big company CEO also take a break of a month or less and go to a place of peace to regenerate themselves too
But we are normally not taking a minute too
Its said if your mind is fresh you can learn anything so students are instructed to read in morning as until now no garbage is thrown inside your mind on that day .....
Similarly take a break if you are tired and then work may be the qualiuy of work will be so different as the prior one
Finally I just want that do self talk but positive not negative
Analyze yourself first
Don't allow others to become reason of your happiness this you can do not by competing with others but with yourself
Be true to yourself
Don't fight or abuse others mentally so much it will harm then naturally as its just in your mind but it may damage your body by not releasing a happy hormones and may damage your body only
