Shreya had been suspended.

The picture showed a little girl, about 6 or 7 years old,
standing in the courtyard of a temple,
fear in her eyes, and behind her — a man, whose face was blurred.
That girl was Avya.
Arjun recognized her.
But the question was —
Who had sent this photo? And why?

Arjun didn’t show the photo to Avya… not at first.
He knew,
there had to be something behind this picture —
something Avya had never spoken of.
That evening, while they sat together on campus,
Arjun gently asked,
> “Do you remember your childhood, Avya?”
Avya’s face immediately turned pale.
She lowered her head without saying a word.

this wasn’t her usual silence…

The moment Avya saw it, she trembled and dropped the phone.
