Bondage and Freedom (The Mind)

To put it simply the Bondage is like a trap or a loop and going beyond it or Atleast realising it, is Freedom. Since most of the people don't even know what Freedom really is.

         In world's (people) perspective Freedom means hanging with friends, doing something they liked, party every night, having pleasure, choosing the decision on their own this is what they think freedom is. No this is not freedom this is Bondage. 

        Start reading this book or whatever you think this is, like I am talking to you 

         See the Basic Bondages are Mind and Body. First let us look at Mind 

         For most of the people Mind is a misery manufacturing factor for a very few people Mind is a miraculous thing. I have seen many people, at one stage of my life I also felt that misery is the only thing that life is capable of, misery is the only thing that the mind can produce. But it's not true now.

         Don't believe me also don't dis-believe me just examine yourself.Today or yesterday from morning to evening how many moments your joyful, how many moments your worried, how many moments your irritated, frustrated, depressed please look at yourself. For most of the people they will find hardly 2 to 3 moments of joy fullness.

        It's happening simply because your intelligence has turned against you. You got identified with things that you are not. See your Mind is simply a heap of information that you have gathered from outside that information turns into memory (yes or no). Your personality, your likes and your dislikes everything about you is just coming out of your memory. But you even suffer because of memory what happened yesterday you'll suffer what happened a year ago you'll suffer, you even suffer what may happen tomorrow and tomorrow is yet to come. What I am simply saying is you don't even know how to handle your own psychological drama. 

         Also your too concerned about what others are thinking about you, what others are talking about you. Most of the people are not living in reality they all are lost in their psychological drama. If they start thinking they don't know when to stop, they are becoming more and more compulsive about everything and above all you have expectations that no other humans begin can reach. If some one is not upto your expectations or something is not happening the way you think it should happen you'll start suffering. Come to the reality don't give too much importance to your psychological drama, what's the great thing about your psychological drama you can only use the same god-dam memory in 100 or 1000 different ways and you thought you got a new wonderful idea . I am asking a question to you ''can you think something which is different''? You cannot because you don't even know what it is how can you think of it if it is not in your experience or if it is not in your memory.

          Most of the people are frustrated and depressed because of situations. Accept this fact Situations are inevitable in life you cannot change them but you can change the way you approach it. Try this just accept the situation try to respond don't react. 


          If something is determing how you think what you weare what you do and most importantly how you are within yourself this is not Freedom this is slavery this is Bondage 

        Freedom means your joyful, your untouched by anything, your absolutely involved in everything but at the same time your not entangled by it. How your within yourself is determing by you not by anyone else this is Freedom and more over don't persiue happyness outside it's already within you outside situations just trigger the emotions within you. See if you don't have anger emotion within you how much I try to make you anger you cannot feel it because its not there within you so how can you experience it if it's not within you.
