Styrene-acrylate polymer dispersion છે, જે construction chemicalsમાં cement modification, waterproofing અને repair mortar માટે વપરાય છે.

1️⃣ Waterproofing slurry
Mix Ratio
Cement : 1 part
Acronal S400 AP : 0.35 – 0.50 part
Water : જરૂરી મુજબ
👉 Brush અથવા roller થી 2 coat.
2️⃣ Polymer Repair Mortar
Cement : 1 part
Sand : 3 part
Magic Acryl : Cement weight નું 10–15%
Water : workable consistency
3️⃣ Bonding Slurry
Cement : 1 part
Magic Acryl: 1 part
Water : થોડું
👉 Old concrete પર brush થી apply.

💡 Site Tip (civil engineer level):
Surface SSD condition (Saturated Surface Dry) રાખવી. Dry surface પર લગાવશો તો bond ઓછો થાય.

Step 1️⃣ Surface Preparation
terrace પરનો dust, laitance, oil remove કરો
loose plaster / concrete કાઢી નાખો
cracks V-groove કરીને clean કરો
આખી surface SSD (Saturated Surface Dry) કરો
Step 2️⃣ Crack Filling Polymer Mortar

Fine sand : 3 part
Acrylic polymer: 10–12 % (cement weight)
Water : workable
👉 આ mortar થી

Step 3️⃣ Bonding Slurry

Water : 0.5 part
👉 Brush થી slurry લગાવો.
Step 4️⃣ Waterproof Coating (Main Layer)

Water : 6–7 litre
👉 2 coats brush થી લગાવો.

4–5 કલાક પછી 2nd coat

👉 25–40 mm screed slope સાથે નાખવો.
