तुम दुनिया को ही देखती रही। ज़िंदगी तेरे नाम की धुन बन गई, तेरे लिए साँसों की कोई जुनून बन गई, मैं पुकारता रहा, नज़रों से बाँधता रहा, और तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही। मेरी धड़कनों ने तेरा गीत गुनगुनाया, हर लफ़्ज़ ने तेरा चेहरा सजाया, मैंने तेरी चुप्पियों को भी समझा, तेरी ख़ामोशी में खुद को पाया। प्रीत मेरी प्यासी थी, आँखें बरस आईं, तेरे करीब आकर भी दूरियाँ रह गईं, और तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही। मैं धरा हूँ, तेरा आँचल हूँ, तेरे बिखरे सपनों का संबल हूँ, तू क्यों तारों में तलाश करती है रोशनी? तेरी दुनिया तो यहीं, मेरी आँखों में है बसी। मैंने पर्वत तोड़ दिए तेरे लिए, समंदर बाँट दिए तेरे लिए, और तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही। प्रेम की अग्नि से जीवन सँवार दूँ, तेरे होंठों से हर ग़म उतार दूँ, तेरे हाथ थामकर नए गीत लिखूं, तेरे सपनों में ख़ुशबू बुन दूँ। पर तुम आदर्शों की परछाइयों में खोई, मेरे प्यार को न देख पाई, न रोई, और तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही। मैं चाँद नहीं, कोई सितारा नहीं, तेरी धरती हूँ, तेरा सहारा हूँ। तेरे बिना मेरा होना अधूरा है, तेरी ख़ामोशी में ही मेरा सवेरा है। ज़िंदगी तुझसे ही रंगों में ढली, तेरे बिना हर साँस खाली रही, और तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही। आओ, बीते कल की छाया मिटाएँ, आज के प्रेम को गीत बनाएँ, तारे भी हमारी धड़कनों संग गाएँ, चाँदनी में सपनों का दीप जलाएँ। ज़िंदगी अरमान बनके मुस्कुराई, मेरी बाहों में नई पहचान समाई, फिर भी तुम.. दुनिया को ही देखती रही।
एक दिन याद करोगी....! देखना.. एक दिन मुझे याद करोगी, कि कोई लड़का था, जो सिर्फ तुम्हारा था, जो तुम्हारी एक मुस्कान के लिए रातों को जागता था। वो जो इंतेज़ार करता रहा सालों तक बिना शिकायत के, अपने जज्बात छुपाता रहा क्योंकि कह नहीं पाया दिल की बात। वो लड़ता भी था, झगड़ता भी था, पर हर बार टूटकर भी तुम्हारी तरफ ही लौटता था। तुमने क्यों उसे जाने दिया? जिसके लिए तुम पूरी दुनिया थी, जिसकी रूह में सिर्फ तुम्हारा नाम बसा था। वो तरसता रहा तुम्हारी एक हाँ के लिए, तुम्हारी एक झलक के लिए, पर मिला सिर्फ सन्नाटा, और अधूरी दुआओं का सिलसिला। एक दिन.. जब तुम्हारे पास सब होगा, पर कोई अपना न होगा, तब याद करोगी कि कोई तो था, जिसकी ज़िंदगी सिर्फ तुम थी..

If you were near, my eyes would never let you go, Each night within your arms, my heart would overflow. If I had your company, I’d turn away from pain, Every moment of life, I’d spend on you again.
अब इश्क़ में चैट्स हैं, कॉल्स का जादू है, पर पहले जैसी वो आँखों की बात कहाँ? स्टोरी, स्टेटस में दिल दिखाते हैं अब लोग, मगर रूह में उतरा वो एहसास कहाँ!
कभी-कभी कुछ रिश्ते हंसते-हंसते छोड़ देने चाहिए, क्योंकि दर्द बांधकर रखना, मुस्कानों को खो देने जैसा है।
काश कोई हमे भी प्यार करता बिन बुलाए मेरा इंतजार करता बिन कुछ बोले वो सब समझ जाती मैं ता उम्र उसका इंतजार करता। उसका दिल सिर्फ मेरे लिए धड़कता उसकी हर सास में सिर्फ मेरा नाम होता वो सूरज के जैसी मेरे साथ डलती मैं चांद के जैसा सिर्फ उसके लिए चमकता। उसके ख्वाबों ख्यालों में मेरा साया होता मेरी रूह सिर्फ उसकी राह तकती वो मेरी चाहत पर ऐतबार करती मैं उसका होने का इंतजार करता। काश कोई हमे भी प्यार करता........🌿☘️
