ना पूछ क्या मैं तेरा ,इम्तिहान चाहता हूँ,
तेरी नज़रों से तेरी,पहचान चाहता हूँ।
खुद की नजरों में होगे तुम नेक जरा सोच लो,
तराजू पर पूरा ईमान चाहता हूँ।
मजबूरियां नहीं है तो और क्या है आखिर,
शराफत ये ग़ैरत बयान चाहता हूँ।
ना डर हो खुदा का ना जन्नत का लोभ,
बेख़ौफ़ में तुम क्या हो वो नाम चाहता हूँ।

आसां नहीं समझना हर बात आदमी के,
कि हंसने पर हो जाते वारदात आदमी के।
बुझते नहीं कफन से,अरमां दफ़न दफ़न से,
जलते हैं तन बदन से, आलात आदमी के।
कि दिन में है बेचैनी और रातों को उलझन,
संभले नहीं संभलते हालात आदमी के।
खुदा भी इससे हारा, इसे चाहिए जग सारा,

बाजार में हिला नहीं

तू भी क्या चीज है,कि नाम का गिला नहीं ,
शोहरत की दौड़ में थे सब, तू हिला नहीं।
लोग रोजी रोटी और , शरारत के पीछे,
तू खुद की ईमां और शराफत के पीछे।
दौलत की फ़िक्र में थे, सब तू मिला नहीं,
माजरा ये क्या है , बाजार में हिला नहीं।
