Chasing butterflies …….

(A spicy hot romantic and suspense thriller)

By

Kotra Siva Rama Krishna

“Is there any real purpose for your seeing me like this now?” Vineet started walking and Sukanya followed him.

“Just I want to see you. I as well desire so strongly as much as you are to be with you all the time.”

He stopped, turned back and looked into her eyes. “Really?” there was surprise in his face.

“Why are you thinking I am lying to you?” there was hurt in her face. “Why, you are thinking, that I have given myself to you in the farm-house on that day? Are you thinking it is to get sexual pleasure? Have I yielded to bodily urge and gave myself to you? Am I appearing that cheap to you?” looking straight into his eyes she asked.

She said again even before he said anything. “I said already and I am saying it again. As you are maintaining distance and trying to go away from me, I did not know how to convince my love to you. The only way I have thought of to convince my love to you is give myself to you. It is only with love, wholehearted love, I have given myself to you. Why do you feel surprise if I feel for your presence as you are feeling for mine? If you still cannot understand my love on you, I am quite unlucky.”  The glistening in her eyes proved the genuineness in her saying.

He hugged her again so strongly and planted kisses on all over her face. “I am sorry. I am so sorry.” He said. “I am a brute. I have no education. So I could not understand you and talked like that.”

“Alright. Leave me. Someone may come and see us.” Smoothly relinquishing his grip around her Sukanya said. Then they both were once again started walking on the mud-lines.

Then Sukanya explained Susmitha’s strange behavior to Vineet. There was an instant change in Vineet’s face after hearing it. “Process quickened it seems. Everything is happening as Mamatha wishes it should be.”

“I agree with you.” Sukanya nodded her head. “But hard times to Madan, is it is not?”

“But what we can do now? We are just puppets.” He paused for a moment before saying. “Madan has got up all this himself. Now that Mamatha is a potential danger to him. If he did not let her flow with the currants on that day ….”

“Stop it.” She said with a rather loud voice and he stopped immediately. “It is not a matter to discuss in an open place like this. And we know the futility of discussing about it. We have talked about it before.”

He nodded his head in agreement.

“You have got a surprise.” When Sukanya came to home and into the kitchen, Jayanthi said to her who was busy at the stove preparing something for the dinner.

“What it is?” there was an instant thrilling expression on Sukanya’s face.

“Go into your room now. It is waiting there for you.”

Sukanya looked straight into her sister’s face to see if there was any hint but it was impasse. Jayanthi was evenly maintaining her serious expression.

Sukanya’s mind tried its level best to guess what it was before she went into her room.

“Hello Sukanya. Where did you go? I am waiting here for you for a long time”

It was Mangaveni, her mother.

Sukanya’s heart filled with full irritation. She did not expect at all her mother in that house then. Why did she had come here that suddenly she could not understand.

“I just went into the tope.” Sukanya replied to her. She was feeling lot of disgust to talk with her then.

“Madan is in the home itself. Why did you have gone all alone there?” there was anger in her tone. It was not just Sukanya but Mangaveni also was quite irritating on her daughter for the reaons known to them both.

Sukanya did not answer to that at all. The silence in her daughter was making Mangaveni even more irritant.

‘You did not answer my question.” With a sting in her tone she asked again

“I am not thinking it is necessary to answer. I do not know why should not I go all alone there. I am not a child” The irritation in Sukanya increased.

There was some silence then. Uneasiness and irritation was full in both of them. While Sukanya sat in the chair there looking at some magazine, Mangaveni considered her shrewdly. She never could understand this daughter fully. Recently her disobedience in this way to her was causing lot of worry and irritation to her.

“Did you do in the way I asked you to do? How far it comes?” she asked with a lot of concern in her voice.

“I did in the way you have advised me to do.” Sukanya looked into the face of her mother and replied. Sukanya suddenly remembered what her mother asked her to do and wanted to laugh loudly but controlled herself.

Suakanya’s neglecting and disrespectful behavior was irritating Mangaveni as usual. ‘Why these children becoming rude and impolite with age despite their education’ she wondered.

“You are not answering me in a proper way. I want to hear the progress you have got so far in your mission.” The sharpness in her voice made Sukanya moved and she turned her head down.

There was a big plan in Mangaveni agreeing Sukanya’s visit to this home. In fact if Madan had not invited her to come here Mangaveni herself would have sent her daughter here on some pretext for her purpose to be fulfilled. It was indeed a very sorrowful issue to her that her elder daughter remained issueless. In the beginning days she feared that Pallav might try to be got remarried for children but luckily he did not try that. Now Madan had become big and soon he would be got married. All the properties and assets would go to him, his spouse and children as Pallav and her daughter remained without children. That she did not like at all. The very idea that this vast property and assets would be shared by someone outside was creating lot of anger and irritation in her.

Then she had got this idea and cursed herself that she did not get it until that moment. Still there was lot of time to implement this but so carefully it had to be handled. Moreover Sukanya’s cooperation was very much important here.

“Yes. To keep the properties from going to outside people, you should marry Madan. You must make him attracted towards you and said to you ‘I love you and I marry you.’ With your charming appearance it is quite easier to you to make him say that to you. And later he must marry you.” with a smile on her lips keeping a hand on Sukanya’s shoulder Mangaveni said on that day.

Sukanya horrified on hearing her mother’s plan. Madan was a handsome person and he had character too but she never had thought to marry him or love him. At that time her heart was full of Vineet even he had not seen him for a long time. The feeling of love or marriage towards Madan itself was quite disturbing and irritating to her. But she knew what would happen if she said that to her mother. She would never allow her to go to the house of Madan and try to find some other way to make her marriage to be performed with Madan.

“It is a god sent opportunity to us. Madan himself asked you to come there. Take full advantage of it and make him marry you” Mangaveni said again.

Sukanya remained silent as she did not know what to say to her mother then.

“Your sister and brother are old and without any children. They die a long time before that Madan and then Madan and his wife whoever it may be inherit all the properties. I just don’t want them to be enjoyed by any outside person. They must come into our hold and be ours.”

The way of her mother’s thinking was quite disgusting but Sukanya could not think of anything to say to her then. She knew very well her mother’s stupidity and greediness and she never understood anything easily.

“What you are thinking? Is it is not agreeable to you?”

Sukanya found traces of irritation in her mother’s voice. “But that Mamatha is already after him. She never would allow anyone else to marry him.”

“Madan never would marry Mamatha. I know him and he is not in love with her. She is in a poor family and Madan would not do a foolish thing like marrying a poor girl like her.”

But there was uneasiness in her mother’s eyes then indicating that she too acknowledged the problem but not agreeing to accept the intensity of it. “You must make Madan your man. You are a lot beautiful than that Mamatha. Any male would be an easy target to a beauty like you. Give it to him if necessary and make him your man.” She paused for a second and said again. “I am saying it only for your sake and for your happiness. All those properties should come to you after the life time of your sister and bava (sister’s husband)

Sukanya terrified on hearing that and hurriedly looked into her eyes again.

“Don’t too much be confused on hearing this. A woman’s body is a weapon to her. For best advantage and good results it always can be used a little immorally as well.”

Without bothering with her daughter’s petrifying looks Mangaveni continued. “Go into the mango tope while he is in it. It is a favourite place to him and he often goes into it. Then take him into that farm-house somehow or other. Raise him in full. If necessary make yourself completely naked. Make him have a full look on you. Then he would do it to you in full measure. When that is completed with you he must marry only you.”

Sukanya remembered all that with a sort of wryfullness.

“Yes. Full progress mom.” With a cheerfulness in her face and a big smile on her lips Sukanya said. “Everything did go as you have planned. I went into the tope while he was in it. Then I took him into the farm-house.  Then I did make myself completely nude before his naked eye. Then he too became completely naked. Then he gave it to me in full measure. I never had thought that it would be so until then.”

“Good. Very good.” Mangaveni’s face beamed with happiness. “I know that you have got such a capacity in you. Is he is in your full grip now? Did he say ‘I love you’ to you. Is he is saying that he would marry you?”  her voice as well infested with her happiness.

“Yes, he is in my full grip now. Now he is trotting around me like a puppy. He said ‘I love you’ on that day itself. At present he is so eager to marry me.” Sukanya said in such a way, only hopping on her legs was less for her.

“Good progress. Good progress. I have expected this from you. You are having not just looks but brains as well.” She praised her daughter while her mouth was with a full smile.

“But mom. There is only a small difference.” Sukanya murmured.
