Chasing butterflies …….

(A spicy hot romantic and suspense thriller)

By

Kotra Siva Rama Krishna

She clipped her lower lip between her teeth frames as if she was thinking something seriously and released it. “It is a sort of split personality. I don’t know why but she does strongly believe herself as Mamatha on some occasions. The belief is that much strong that she virtually becoming Mamatha.”

“Alright. We may put aside the point why she does believe herself  as Mamatha on some occasions. Now tell me how we can solve this problem? How we can make her realize that there is no devil in her? How can we stop her behaving like Mamatha?” Madan could not control his anxiety.

She stood up from the chair and went to the middle of the room as if she was thinking very important. Then she turned towards Madan and said “Hypnotism. We have to put her under deep hypnosis and make her believe that there is no devil in her body. We have to hypnotise and give her the suggestions that she is Susmitha and no one else. It sure helps.”

Madan nodded his head. “It sounds helpful to me too. I heard about hypnotism even I never have seen someone hypnotized.” He paused for a moment and said again “Then it is quite better that we experiment with it as soon as possible.”

“First we have to tell Susmitha about this and take her consent to hypnotise her. Without her agreement we cannot hypnotise her.” once again coming to her chair and slumping herself into it Sukanya said.

“She is not agreeing herself that she is suffering with a psychological problem. Can we make her to agree to this?” Madan asked.

“We have to.” Sukanya said. “I thing if we both talk with her she agrees.”

“This hypnotism thing is sounding quite interesting to me too. I too shall be with you people while you are hypnotizing her.” Vineet said.

“Oh, sure. There is no problem.” Sukanya said with a smile. “If Susmitha agrees to this.”

“What Susmitha is doing now?” Madan asked Sukanya.

“She is still sleeping. She could not sleep peacefully last night. She is really feeling very much fear. She fall asleep I think only after 2.00 a.m. So I did not disturb her at all now.” Sukanya said.

“A good thing you did.” Madan nodded his head.

“Sometimes she is going to the house of Mamatha.” Vineet said. “On two occasions I have seen her going into the house of her.”

Madan looked surprisingly into the face of Sukanya. “Why she is going to her home?” he asked.

“There is no surprise. She is feeling herself strongly as Mamatha on some occasions. While Mamatha is playing the role in her body she might be interested to go to her home.” Sukanya said and remained silent for some seconds before continuing. “It is solving some doubts. Mamatha’s family members sure could have told her Mamatha’s habits and what happened in her past life, etc. Hearing it from them Susmitha is behaving like Mamatha imposing her habits on her.”

“Alright. I agree that Susmitha could come to know about Mamatha’s childhood plays and past habits. But what is the necessity to Susmitha to behave like Mamatha knowing about those things?” Vineet asked.

“This is what exactly I also want to ask.” Madan said.

“I cannot answer all the questions now. But I can say one thing. Mind is a very complex thing. We cannot always control its feelings. Its emotions. Its imaginations. Its hallucinations. There would be some involuntary thinking and imagination in everyone. It is difficult to say why a certain way of involuntary thinking and imagination happen in a person.” She paused and observed the faces of Madan and Vineet.

“Part of Susmitha wanted to become Mamatha. It is difficult to say why she wanted to be so. In my opinion after hearing about Mamatha’s story there came a very guilty feeling in Susmitha. After loving you that much, in Susmitha’s opinion, Mamatha rightfully deserves the place in your heart and life. Susmitha is thinking that she unjustifiably occupied it. So to become the rightful owner of that place in your heart, Susmitha is trying to become Mamatha. It is all happening without her consciousness. Susmitha does not know what her subconscious deeply wishing. After observing a lot, I have settled on this opinion”

There was complete silence. It appeared a little logical and reasonable to Madan. But this theory was not much interesting to Vineet.

“To become completely like Mamatha she need to be known about her past, her life style, her way of behaving etc. Part of her mind urging her to know about those details and in my opinion she is going to Mamatha’s house only to know about those details.” Sukanya further said.

“Then who it is going to Mamatha’s house? Mamatha or Susmitha? What I mean is; is it Mamatha going to her house while she takes over Susmitha or Susmitha on her own self?” Madan asked.

“If it is Susmitha she never wanted to go to Mamatha’s house. So undoubtedly it is Mamatha. When Susmitha imposing the character of Mamatha on her, preferring to go to Mamatha’s house.” Sukanya said.

“If Mamatha is going to Mamatha’s house while she is on Susmitha why does she try to know about herself? In her opinion she is Mamatha herself and knows everything of Mamatha?” Vineet asked.

Madan looked at Vineet admiringly. He did not get this point in his mind to ask.

“I have already told you that mind is a complex structure. In deep subconscious Susmitha knows that she is trying to impose Mamatha’s character on her. She knows Mamatha’s past life knowledge is important to become herself into Mamatha completely. In fact, in one way it is Susmitha, who is trying to know about Mamatha in her home to become like Mamatha completely.” Sukanya observed the faces of Madan and Vineet and then said again. “We are just assuming things. We did not know what Susmitha talked with Mamatha’s family members.”

Madan and Vineet looked into each other’s eyes. They did not know what to say.

“How it would be if we go to Mamatha’s house and ask her family members what our Susmitha talked with them?” Vineet had first broken that silence.

“Quite nice a thing to do. But it needs to be considered how they would react and give answers to us.” Madan said.

“We shall consider about that.” Her round eyes concentrated on the blank space ahead of her for few seconds and then she said “It is not better let her go on her own in her present mental condition.”

“But what we can do? Is it is better ask her not to go anywhere alone?” Madan asked.

Sukanya breathed deeply and exhaled heavily. Her big breasts thrust upward and came down again. “Susmitha sure does agree to that but there would be no use. Once she started thinking like Mamatha unknowingly she does go out. So someone must follow her. Someone must see that she would not put herself into danger.”

“What type of dangers she may put herself in, you are thinking?” there was anxiousness in the voice of Madan again.

“We cannot say. Yesterday night she tried to kill me. She may try to do something wild like that again. In such an unknowing state she may do anything to herself also.” Sukanya said. Automatically her hands went to her neck and she pressed and tested the place there.

“Why Susmitha tried to kill you? I cannot understand this point at all.” Vineet said.

“Sometimes she is becoming out of control. It is difficult to say how and why she behaves in a specific way when she is out of control. There is no necessity that there must be a purpose behind what she is doing when she is insane. There is no need of a purpose or motive for her trying to kill me.” Sukanya said.

“When you are going to hypnotise her? I am thinking the sooner you do it the better it would be.” Madan said.

“I shall discuss this matter first with Susmitha. Once she agrees to it, it would be an easier thing to do. But her consent for this is very important.”Sukanya said.

“It may be better that we both may go now and tell it to her. If she agrees to it we shall do it as fast as possible.” Madan said.

“You are feeling too hasty. Alright we shall talk this matter now itself with her.” Sukanya stood up from the chair she sat until that moment and said. “Providing she woke up by now.”

“I also come with you both” Madan said and followed her into Susmitha’s room. Vineet also followed them both.

Susmitha heard whatever Sukanya said to her with rapt attention. In the end Sukanya said “I am thinking that your problem would be completely solved under hypnotism.”

“But whatever I have said to you people are truths. I did not imagine or fabricate them.” Susmitha said.

“Whatever it may be.” Sukanya said “Your problem can be solved by hypnotism. If you agree I shall put you under hypnosis and solve the problem.”

“I am also thinking in the same way. You have to agree to this. And so far to my knowledge, this hypnotism would not do any harm to anyone.” Madan said looking pleadingly into the face of Susmitha.

Susmitha remained silent for a moment and said “I am not seeing any loss by this. I don’t know that you can hypnotise people as well.” Suddenly there was interest in the voice of Susmitha.

“This hypnotism is in my psychology course and I hypnotized one or two people with utmost success. If used in a correct way hypnotism would do wonders.” Sukanya said.

“I have heard about hypnotism. But I never have seen anyone being hypnotized before. It is really very much thrilling to me to think that I am going to be hypnotized by you. When you are going to do it then?” Susmitha asked her. There was new enthusiasm in her.

“This type of enthusiasm and interest I want in you. Tomorrow itself. In this very room. I shall put you under hypnosis and solve your problem.” There was confidence in Sukanya’s voice.

“I also with you and watch everything” Madan said with a sort enthusiasm in him.

“I also have been given permission to present then” Vineet said.

“With certain rules and conditions. You have to agree to them if you both want to be present while I am hypnotizing Susmitha” with firm voice Sukanya said.

“We sure shall follow every rule and condition so diligently you impose” Vinnet said. “But what about Susmitha? Will she agree to this.”

“Hundred percent I am agreeing to this.” Susmitha laughed and said looking into the eyes of Susmitha. “Now everything is in your hands.”

It was night sleeping time and Sukanya could not get her sleep yet. Even on the cozy bed in the air conditioned room she was feeling uneasily and uncomfortably. If she never had tasted that so, it would not have bothered her but after enjoying sex like that with Vineet her body very much craving for it.  But she herself put a strong ban on that until the marriage was over.

She was trying to throw aside the thoughts and sleep. But however much she tried to expel the thoughts from her mind they were with double force invading her again and again. Despite being a psychologist why she was becoming a victim like that to her own mind she could not understand.
