પ્રકાશનું પ્રસારણ (Prakashnu Prasaran) વર્ષ: ૨૦૪૦. સ્થળ: પોરબંદર નજીક, ખડકાળ દરિયાકિનારો. સૂર્યાસ્તનાં કેસરી અને સોનેરી કિરણો અરબી સમુદ્ર પર ઢોળાઈ રહ્યાં હતાં. પશ્ચિમ ગુજરાતના આ અંતરિયાળ દરિયાકિનારે, એક જૂના, ખખડધજ લાઇટહાઉસ જેવી દેખાતી ઇમારત ભેખડ પર એકલવાયા ઊભી હતી. સ્થાનિક માછીમારો તેને "પાગલની લાઇટહાઉસ" કહેતા, કારણ કે ત્યાં રહેતો યુવાન વૈજ્ઞાનિક, આકાશ, ક્યારેય દરિયાની ચિંતા કરતો નહોતો. તેની ચિંતા તો તારાઓની હતી
