I start with a short walk with Oreo and Maisie — watching them sniff around and enjoy the quiet street always makes me smile. Then I do some stretching or light dancing to wake up my body. I love having a healthy breakfast, usually something simple like oats, fruits, or a smoothie, while planning my day. Sometimes I even journal for a few minutes, jotting down what I’m grateful for or little goals for the day.
