वो जो चुपचाप सा रिश्ता था न,
बिना कहे बहुत कुछ कह गया।
ना कोई वादा, ना कोई दस्तख़त,
फिर भी उम्र भर का साथ दे गया।
मैंने उसे कभी रोका नहीं,
वो भी कभी पूरी तरह रुका नहीं।
हम दोनों चलते रहे अपनी-अपनी राहों पर,
मगर दिल की दिशा कभी बदली नहीं।

वो मिलना जैसे किसी पुराने ख्वाब का दोहराव था,
हर बार नया सा, फिर भी जाना-पहचाना भाव था।
मैंने उसकी आँखों में कभी सवाल नहीं देखा,
मगर जवाब हर बार उसकी ख़ामोशी में पाया।

कभी बारिश में भीगा था वो नाम लेकर,
कभी धूप में तपती ज़मीन पर चल पड़ा बेख़बर।
वो था तो हर मौसम में कुछ खास था,
उसके जाने के बाद सब कुछ उदास था।

वो मोहब्बत की तरह आया था ज़िन्दगी में,
धीरे-धीरे, बिन शोर, बिन इजाज़त।
और जब चला गया,
तो जैसे रूह का एक हिस्सा अपने साथ ले गया।

मैंने अक्सर चाँद से उसकी बातें की हैं,
तारों से उसकी मुस्कान माँगी है।
कभी हवा से उसकी खुशबू लिपटाई है,
तो कभी वक़्त से उसका एक पल उधार लिया है।

उसने कुछ भी कहा नहीं, फिर भी सब कह गया,
मेरे हर ख़ाली कोना उसकी यादों से भर गया।
अब भी जब तन्हा बैठती हूँ,
तो उसकी आँखें मन में उतर आती हैं।

कहते हैं कुछ रिश्ते मुकम्मल नहीं होते,
मगर अधूरे रहकर ही अमर हो जाते हैं।
जिन्हें वक़्त की ज़रूरत नहीं होती,
वो एहसास बनकर उम्र भर साथ निभाते हैं।

उसका जाना कोई विदा नहीं थी,
बल्कि एक नई शुरुआत थी —
अपने आप को समझने की,
अपने अधूरेपन को अपनाने की।

अब मैं शिकायत नहीं करती,
ना सवाल उठाती हूँ उसकी बेरुख़ी पर।
क्योंकि मुझे यक़ीन है,
जो सच में जुड़ा होता है, वो कभी पूरी तरह दूर नहीं जाता।

उसने शायद मेरी ज़िन्दगी में आकर
मुझे मुझसे मिलवाया था।
और जब उसने जाना चाहा,
तो मेरी आँखों में अपना अक्स छोड़ गया।

अब भी जब कोई पत्ता गिरता है,
या बारिश की पहली बूँद ज़मीन से मिलती है,
तो लगता है जैसे वो वहीं कहीं पास खड़ा है,
मेरे मौन को पढ़ रहा है, मुस्कुरा रहा है।

इसलिए मैंने उसे जाना नहीं कहा,
बस इतना कहा —
"जब भी लौटना चाहो,
मेरा दिल आज भी वहीं खड़ा है,
जहाँ तुमने उसे छोड़ा था —
बेपनाह मोहब्बत में भीगा हुआ।"

जब जीव का अपने बाह्य रूप पर नियंत्रण नहीं रहता तब उसे आंतरिक रूप को नियंत्रित करना चाहिए। क्योंकि आंतरिक नियंत्रण उसके बाह्य रूप स्वयं ही नियंत्रित कर लेगा। जैसे

एक व्यक्ति था जो बाहरी शारीरिक रूप से कमजोर था फिर एक दिन उसे इच्छा शक्ति के बारे में पता चला। उसने इस पर काम करना शुरू किया। जब जब उसे अपने भीतर से आवाज आती की तुम कमजोर हो वह उसे मानने से इंकार कर देता। वह निरंतर योग और ध्यान में रहकर अपनी इच्छा शक्ति को मजबूत करने लगा। वह कमजोर युवक एक बलशाली युवक में ऐसे बदल गया कि वह बाघ को भी मात दे सकता था। उसने लोगों को यही बताया कि उसने अपनी इच्छा शक्ति को नियंत्रित किया।

जब जब मन यह कहता है कि नहीं आज थोड़ा मोबाइल चला लेते हैं कल पढ़ लेंगे, पक्का कल से करेंगे यह कार्य लेकिन वह कल कभी नहीं आ पाता और वह अपने जीवन की हर परीक्षा में असफल हो जाते हैं। इसके लिए भी भाग्य को दोष देते हैं लेकिन असल में ऐसा कुछ नहीं था। यह उसकी अपनी लापरवाही थी। उसे अपने मन को नियंत्रित करना चाहिए था। कल की परवाह किए बिना आज ही शुरू करना चाहिए था। कल कभी नहीं आता।

इच्छा शक्ति वह शक्ति है जो आपकी इच्छाओं को नियंत्रित करती है। आपको कमजोर इंसान से ताकतवर इंसान में बदल देती है। वह करने की शक्ति देती है जिसे दुनियां यह कहकर मना कर देती है कि तुमसे नहीं हो पाएगा।

मजबूत इच्छा शक्ति मजबूत मनुष्य को जन्म देती है।
